Georg Jensen Blossom Antique Silver Tea Caddy 2

A very early antique 830 silver Georg Jensen Blossom/Magnolia tea caddy, design no. 2, designed by Georg Jensen in 1905. The piece features an oval body set on three handcrafted, hand-chased feet, along with a removable lid. Made in 1918, it displays distinct signs of hand craftsmanship: the broad hammering remains visibly pronounced, and no casting was used in its construction. The small removable lid is adorned with a blossom/magnolia bud and a strand of silver beads, and is also hand-chased with floral detailing.
