A Georg Jensen cake knife with sterling silver handle and stainless steel blade, item #196 in the very rare Bittersweet pattern, design #79 from 1940 by Gundorph Albertus. This is the sister pattern to Cactus, also designed by Gundorph Albertus.

Dimensions: 10 1/2″ (26cm) in length.
