Georg Jensen Art Nouveau Tray 159B in Original Mahogany Box

This is a sterling silver Georg Jensen Art Nouveau tray, design #159B by Georg Jensen from circa 1912, often referred to as the “Melon” design. The tray comes in an original fitted Georg Jensen mahogany box.
The tray measures 26″ in length including handles x 15 1/4″ (66cm x 38.5cm). The tray alone weighs 108.25oz (3.07kg).
We currently have two of these trays, both with Georg Jensen hallmarks and date code T10 for 1993, and both in original box.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
