Georg Jensen Acorn Sterling Silverware Service, 6 Settings

A sterling silverware service for six in the Acorn pattern by Georg Jensen. Designed by Johan Rohde in 1915, the Acorn pattern is widely acknowledged as one of Georg Jensen’s most beloved designs. Originating from the 1940s this set was made by hand in Denmark. The set comprises of six place settings, each consisting of nine pieces.

The set comprises of the following:

  • 6 Dinner forks, measuring 7 3/8″ (18.8cm).
  • 6 Dinner knives with short handles, measuring 9″ (22.8cm) and featuring stainless steel blades.
  • 6 Dinner/soup spoons, measuring 7 1/2″ (19cm).
  • 6 Luncheon/salad forks, measuring 6 5/8″ (16.7cm).
  • 6 Luncheon knives with short handles, measuring 8″ (20.5cm) and featuring stainless steel blades.
  • 6 Dessert spoons, measuring 6 3/4″ (17cm).
  • 6 Pastry forks, measuring 6 3/4″ (17cm).
  • 6 Coffee spoons, Measuring 4 3/8″ (11.2cm) in length
  • 6 Demitasse spoons, Measuring 4″ (9,8 cm) in length

In total, this set comprises of 54 pieces.

Weight: 2388 grams (84,23 oz) including stainless blades on knives.
