A sterling silver Georg Jensen cake knife with stainless steel blade, item #196 in the Acorn pattern, design #62 by Johan Rohde from 1915. Georg Jensen changed the shape of the blade at some stage, this is the original version. This piece exemplifies the flowing Art Nouveau lines and exquisite craftsmanship that have made the Acorn pattern a favorite among collectors for over a century.
