Sterling silver handle and stainless steel (blade) Georg Jensen cake knife, item #196 in the Acanthus pattern, design #180 by Johan Rohde from 1917.

Georg Jensen changed the design of the blade in the 1930’s, this is the old type blade.

Dimensions: Measures 10 3/8″ (26.5cm) in length.
Hallmarks: With Georg Jensen hallmark, made in Denmark.
