Extremely Rare Georg Jensen Fish Dish 335

An extremely rare and early Georg Jensen silver fish platter and mazarine, design #335 by Johan Rohde from 1919. Oval shape with handles in the form of shells. The mazarine is a separate piece with hand cut openwork decoration, in the middle a fish in relief. An extensive amount of chasing and handcraftsmanship was used to make this piece, 100% by hand, there are no castings involved during the process of fabricating this piece. The fish motif is rarely seen verses the lobster decoration normally found on design #335. In our opinion this could have been the first of this design ever produced, made of 830 silver and bearing a 1920 date stamp this is a collectors piece.
