Extensive Vintage Georg Jensen Pyramid Silver Service For Twelve
This is an extensive Georg Jensen silverware service in the Pyramid pattern, designed by Harald Nielsen in 1926. All pieces have pre-war Georg Jensen hallmarks and are very heavy, the total gross weight of the set is 360oz (10.2kg). Please note this is the larger Continental size dining pieces. This set comprises 12 settings of 13 pieces plus many serving pieces, 179 pieces in total. This set includes –
- 12 large oval soup spoons 7 3/4″ (19.5cm)
- 12 large dinner forks 7½” (19cm)
- 12 large dinner knives with short handle 9 5/8″ (24.5cm)
- 12 luncheon forks 7 1/4″ (18.3cm)
- 12 luncheon knives with short handle 8 7/8″ (22.5cm)
- 12 dessert spoons 7 1/4″ (18.5cm)
- 12 fish forks 6 1/4″ (15.7cm)
- 12 fish knives 7 3/4″ (19.7cm)
- 12 lobster Picks 6″ (15.1cm)
- 12 pastry forks 5½” (14cm)
- 12 fruit knives 6 3/8″ (16.2cm)
- 12 teaspoons 4 5/8″ (11.8cm)
- 12 espresso spoons 3 3/4″ (9.5cm)
Servers: 1 sauce ladle, 2 large serving spoons, 1 medium serving spoon, 2 regular serving spoons 1 small serving spoon, 2 marmalade spoons, 1 cake/pie server, 1 pastry server, 5 cold cuts forks, 2 large cold cuts forks, 2 small butter knives (steel blades), 1 small fruit knife (steel blade) and 2 bottle openers with short handle (steel opener).
All pieces with vintage Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1933-1944, extremely rare to find a complete pre-war Pyramid service, especially in Continental size!
All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
