Early Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Blossom Tazza #2

An early Georg Jensen sterling silver blossom tazza #2. The Blossom or Magnolia design was Georg Jensen’s first hollowware production series in 1904. As the demand grew for other pieces in the design, Jensen met the challenge by designing a silverware pattern and a vast amount of other hollowware pieces in the pattern. Georg Jensens inspiration for this design are the magnolia bulbs seen during the springtime all throughout Denmark.
