Early Georg Jensen Silver Blossom Coffee Pot 2

This is an early example of a silver Georg Jensen coffee pot with ivory handle, design #2 by Georg Jensen from 1905. The Blossom teapot was Georg Jensen’s very first hollowware design. This coffee pot is the original size, before multiple sizes were added to the Blossom range, for this reason it is marked only with design #2. This coffee pot corresponds in size to #2B.

Dimensions: Measures 7 3/8″ (18.5cm) in height.

Hallmarks: Marked underneath with antique Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1915-1919, 830s, and with Swedish import marks from that period.
