Danish Sterling Silver Fish Serving Set

An elegant fish serving set crafted in 830 sterling silver by Danish silversmith Cohr (Carl Michael Cohr) features hand-carved ebony handles adorned with intricate floral motifs, skillfully chased by hand. The large serving spade and fork showcase cut-out fish designs and oceanic decorations, highlighting their rarity and excellent vintage condition, nearly a century old.

Specifications:

  • Dimensions: Fish slice measures 10½ inches (26.5 cm) in length, fork is 10 inches (25 cm).
  • Weight: Combined weight with wooden handles totals 221 grams (7.79 oz).
  • Hallmarks: Both pieces are hallmarked with “CMC” and the Danish three-tower stamp with “27” indicating the year 1927.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
