Danish Silver Tongs and Candlestick Jens Quistgaard Champagne Pattern

A Danish 830 silver ice tongs and matching Champagne pattern candleholder, designed by Jens Quistgaard in 1952. This outstanding set comes directly from a private estate and remains in excellent vintage condition. Offered at a bargain price, ideal for collectors and dealers alike.

The highly sought after Danish Champagne pattern is distinguished by five vertical lines running along each handle, complemented by fine bead like details that evoke champagne bubbles. The top of each handle is finished with a series of small bubble shaped beads, and the pattern continues on the reverse side, demonstrating a high level of craftsmanship. The solid construction gives each piece a satisfying weight and a refined, high quality feel.
