Danish Silver Pendant With Amethyst Stone, Probably Kay Bojesen

A Danish 830 silver Art Nouveau pendant with a large oval amethyst stone, framed in filigree. Produced by Peter Orsnes of Aalborg, Denmark, probably designed by Kay Bojesen. Peter Orsnes produced several of Kay Bojesen’s designs.

Dimensions: Measures 2 3/8″ in width and 1 1/2″ in width 6cm x 4cm. The chain measures 23 1/2″ (60cm) in length.

Hallmarks: “ENERET”, a hallmark depicting a tower and “830S”, these marks are for Peter Orsnes of Aalborg, Denmark (c.1915-1935).

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
