Danish Art Deco 830 Sterling Silver Cocktail Shaker

A rare and striking early 830 sterling silver Danish cocktail/Martini shaker by T.H. Halgreen (1893-1957). This deco-inspired bullet-shaped shaker is a unique find.

The shaker consists of four components: the main cylindrical body, which is mounted on a round foot, and the removable top, which mirrors the same form. The top is adorned with two ebony wood discs separated by silver discs, capped with a silver bead. Beneath this top, there’s another removable lid in a tent-like shape, featuring an integrated strainer and a removable cork with a silver lid. The hallmarks on the piece suggest it was likely made in the 1930s-1950’s.
