Canteen of Georg Jensen Acanthus Silverware

This is a set of Georg Jensen sterling silverware in the Acanthus pattern, design by Johan Rohde from 1917. Acanthus is the sister pattern to Johan Rohde’s famous Acorn silverware; The original Danish name for Acorn is “Konge” (King), the original Danish name for Acanthus is “Dronning” (Queen).
This is a service of twelve settings with eight pieces plus servers, including –
12 dinner knives long handles
12 dinner forks
12 oval soup spoons
12 dinner knives long handles
12 luncheon forks
12 dessert spoons
12 butter spreaders
12 coffee spoons.
1 extra large serving spoon, 1 medium serving spoon, 1 flat server with horn, 1 sauce ladle, 1 cold cuts fork, 1 jam spoon.
In total 102pcs, the entire service has been machine polished and is in excellent condition.
This set comes with new felt storage bags.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
