Rare Antique Georg Jensen Silver Caviar Bowl 76

An antique 830 silver Georg Jensen caviar bowl on stand, design #76 by Johan Rohde from circa 1915. Stands on a raised circular foot with a central Acorn, the bowl stands on three legs and is decorated with vines and leaves. The lid is plain, with a “Cosmos” pattern below the pointed finial, the lid is hinged. There is a removable glass insert for the caviar with space underneath for crushed ice.

Dimensions: Measures 5 1/2″ in height, 4″ in diameter at the base (14cm, 10.2cm).

Hallmarks: Antique Georg Jensen hallmarks from 1915-1919, Swedish import marks and a third unidentified mark.
