Antique Danish Art Nouveau Silver Vase

An antique silver Art Nouveau vase by Danish silversmith C. I. Moinichen (Copenhagen, active 1893-1937).

Dimensions: Measures 7″ in height, diameter at top 4 1/8″ (18cm, 10.5cm). Weighs 8.6oz (244g).

Hallmarks: Hallmarked underneath “MOINICHEN”, and Danish assay marks for 1915. Also marked “DA”, for Landsforening Dansk Arbejde (National Federation Danish Work), a private organization formed in 1908 to support and market Danish produced wares at home and abroad.

All our items have been professionally polished by our Georg Jensen trained silversmith and are in excellent condition.
