The Blossom silverware pattern was introduced in 1919, it is to a greater degree than any of the other patterns completely handmade, making this the most expensive and exclusive Jensen pattern. Called “Magnolia” in Danish.
Art Deco, short for Arts Décoratifs, is an artistic design period that flourished between 1920 and 1939. The style was inspired by Constructivism, Cubism, Modernism, Bauhaus, Art Nouveau and Futurism. Art Deco pieces are characterized by bold colors, geometric shapes, and decadent details. The style carries an emphasis on elegance and function, without using historical references.
