Designed by Sigvard Bernadotte in 1934 and bearing his name, this pattern is as elegant as the man himself. Born a Prince of Sweden, Bernadotte was an unknown young designer when he was contracted to Georg Jensen in 1930, aged just 23. Bernadotte aimed to design everyday items for the home that were both beautiful and functional and this pattern is no exception.
