Trained as a silversmith at Georg Jensen silversmithy from 1980-84.

Employed at Georg Jensen from 1985-1989. He started his own workshop in 1990.
Today Sjødahl Andersen works for Georg Jensen silversmithy.

Member of Copenhagen Goldsmiths Association in 1997. Member of Danish Silversmiths (DS) from 2008.
