Karen-Margrethe (Kim) Naver

Kim Naver is a well-known Danish designer and textile artist, who specializes in weaving and tapestry. She studied Art History in Paris, then on her return to Denmark studied Interior Design. Having decided that she wished to specialize in textiles, Naver was apprenticed to Lis Ahlmann, one of the leading weavers of that era. She has created textiles for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Cotil and Paustian. She also designed textiles for Royal Copenhagen and jewelry for Georg Jensen.
